Operational Finance Executive
Location: Central Singapore
Salary: $3,800 – $4,500 per month
Entry-Levels are welcome to apply with relevant internship experiences.
Are you passionate about making an impact in healthcare through finance? Join our dynamic Operational Finance team, where you'll collaborate with clinical and operational teams to drive financial sustainability, cost control, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to review expenses, performance, and strategic plans
- Prepare insightful financial reports and conduct in-depth cost analysis to support budget decisions
- Drive financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Provide financial guidance and policy interpretation to internal stakeholders
- Analyse cost structures, pricing strategies, and subsidy frameworks to enhance financial efficiency
- Support system improvement projects and new implementations (e.g. Billing, Costing, Subsidy reviews)
- Contribute to Finance process improvements and internal control initiatives
Who You Are:
- Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), costing or pricing
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in SAP (FI-CO, ISH), Microsoft Office and ideally data visualisation tools
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives both in teams and independently
- Adaptable and confident in handling ambiguity and change
