About the role

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking a Telemarketer | Cold Calling to join our team based in PEOPLE'S PARK CENTRR Chinatown, Central Region. This is a full-time position that will involve proactively contacting potential customers and generating new business opportunities through outbound sales calls.

What you'll be doing

  1. Making outbound calls to a database of prospective customers to introduce our products and services
  2. Identifying customer needs and pain points to pitch tailored solutions
  3. Handling customer objections and queries with professionalism and empathy
  4. Accurately logging call details and customer information in our CRM system
  5. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the outbound calling/B2B environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  3. Outstanding customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers
  4. Self-motivation, resilience and the ability to work independently to achieve targets
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and data entry
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills
