We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team. As a telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our services to potential clients over the phone. Candidates with a proven track record in telemarketing or sales within the digital marketing industry, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for digital marketing technologies would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell digital marketing solutions
  • Understand and articulate our services' features, prices and benefits
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions
  • Arrange meetings with clients and demonstrate how our services can meet their needs
  • Keep records of calls and record useful information
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and goals

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a telemarketer or similar role is preferred
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM concepts and digital marketing strategies is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in speaking to English and Chinese clients

Working Days/Hours:

  • Flexible part-time hours, min 3 days/week
  • Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
