Senior Manager/Assistant Director

You will work closely with the Deputy Director in strategically plan, coordinate and supervise the following:

  • The alignment and implementation of MOH's Appropriate and Value Based Care strategy to SGH
  • The analysis, reporting and improvement efforts of MOH and SGH initiated Value Drive Care
  • The development and implementation of hospital-wide campaigns in line with promoting value based healthcare e.g. Choosing Wisely, Patient Blood Management
  • The development, implementation and evaluation of coordinated clinical pathways (CCP) and any revisions needed in the electronic medical records (EMR)
  • The development and implementation of patient reported outcome measures
  • The writing of academic paper showcasing the improvement efforts made by the SGH Office of Value Based Healthcare

You will also train and build capabilities of team members in the department and assist the Deputy Director in the day-to-day administrative duties or any roles that the Director deems necessary for the function and improvement of the department and/or the hospital.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science / Healthcare related.
  • At least 10 years experience preferably with 4-5 years experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience in quality, process improvement, design thinking, project management are essential
  • Experience in data analytics, medical informatics and informatics-related project management would be an advantage
  • Understanding of biostatistics, statistical tools and data visualization software is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role would be an added advantage
  • Good stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills
  • Display of leadership qualities
  • Meticulous and responsible
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application
