Job Vacancy: Service Crew Supervisor

Location: Westmall, 1 Bukit Batok Central, Singapore 658713

Working Hours: 6 days/week, 8-hour shifts (rotating between 11am – 11pm)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Service Crew Supervisor to join our team at Westmall. You will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate our service crew, and ensure top-notch customer service while meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Service Crew duties and operational matters
  • Monitor staff performance and enforce disciplinary standards
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new team members
  • Assist with staff appraisals and performance reviews
  • Support team planning, scheduling, and rostering
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and model excellent customer service
  • Motivate the team to achieve service excellence and revenue targets
  • Prepare and manage stock takes and stock ordering
  • Act as key holder during store opening/closing and serve as duty supervisor on shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of workstations and storeroom
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Able to stand for at least 8 hours per shift
  • Able to carry loads of up to 10KG
  • Willing to work 6 days a week on rotating shifts (11am – 11pm)
