Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning Centre Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary role is to serve as the key liaison and strategic partner for our Franchisees, providing comprehensive support to enhance their business performance, operational excellence, and adherence to the Eye Level methodology. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strategic problem-solver, and passionate about fostering the growth of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Franchisee Business Support
- Analyse franchisee performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and propose actionable strategies and solutions to help franchisees grow their business and overcome challenges.
- Participate actively in daily team meetings to review centre visits, discuss franchisee issues, and collaborate on effective solutions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of key company events such as the Direction Seminar and Eye Level Math Olympiad.
2. Centre Relationship Management & Quality Assurance
- Conduct periodic centre visits (a minimum of 2 times per year) to observe operations, management, and instructional quality.
- Provide expert guidance on the effective implementation of the Eye Level Method and teaching best practices.
- Guide franchisees on communication strategies, including using relatable metaphors, to effectively engage parents from diverse backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with franchisees to develop action plans for improving centre performance, class management, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct pre-visit data analysis and post-visit follow-ups to ensure agreed-upon plans are implemented and effective.
- Drive the Eye Level Quality Center (EQC) initiative by assisting in document preparation and working with centres to uphold and reflect brand standards.
3. Operational & Administrative Excellence
- Manage the monthly forecast process, contacting franchisees for their enrolment and recess projections by the 5th of each month.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports, including Centre Visit Reports, Fund Reports, and drop-reason analyses.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the Accounts Department to investigate and resolve system discrepancies (e.g., enrolment charges, royalties).
- Oversee the accuracy of student data in the system, guiding franchisees on correct procedures and troubleshooting issues.
4. Marketing, Communications & Product Launches
- Support franchisees in the successful launch of new products and marketing campaigns, ensuring they understand the mechanics and communication strategies.
- Review and approve franchisees' marketing collateral to ensure compliance with headquarters' branding and design requirements.
- Draft, proofread, and disseminate official communications, including notices to parents and SMS announcements.
- Guide franchisees on leveraging various marketing channels, including roadshows, digital apps, and social media.
5. Training & Development
- Promote and guide franchisees on the use of Eye Level University (ELU) for their professional development and the training of their teaching assistants.
- Plan and execute Franchise Conference, 4 times a year, including compiling agenda items, creating presentations, and facilitating the sharing of best practices and new policies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support, training, consulting, or franchisee relationship management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to guide and influence others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Prior experience in the education industry is a strong advantage.
