About the role

As an Administrative Executive at Busy Bees Learning Centre Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our growing childcare organisation. In this full-time position based in the Hillview, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless running of our day-to-day administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and data entry
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and appointments
  • Providing excellent customer service to parents, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails efficiently
  • Maintaining and updating various administrative records and databases
  • Supporting the procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support as and when required

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in the childcare or education industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
