About the role

Are you a skilled and experienced car care specialist looking for an exciting new opportunity? Seeking a dedicated Car Care Specialist to join our team in the Central & West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch car care services to our valued clients, ensuring their vehicles are well-maintained and looking their best.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a wide range of car care services, including washing, waxing, polishing, interior detailing, and minor repairs
  • Diagnosing and addressing any issues with a client's vehicle, providing recommendations for maintenance or repairs
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area to support efficient and effective service delivery
  • Providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest car care techniques, products, and industry trends
