about the job
Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of their fusion concept restaurant and bar. Reporting to the group management, the General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 50-60 floor staff, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational excellence.

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
- Service Standards: Uphold and implement high hospitality and customer service standards to enhance guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop a team of 50-60 staff, fostering a strong service culture.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
- Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience, handling customer feedback and maintaining brand reputation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, marketing, and senior leadership teams to achieve business goals.

- 8-10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3-5 years in a General Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing high-volume lifestyle or fusion concept restaurants.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading large teams.
- In-depth understanding of restaurant and bar operations, cost control, and service excellence.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
