Actxa is hiring for Omni-Channel Sales and Marketing Executive

We are an innovative wearable technology company headquartered in Singapore, dedicated to improving health and wellness through smart, connected devices. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Omni-Channel Sales and Marketing Executive to support the execution of integrated sales and marketing initiatives across online and offline channels in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in consumer tech and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences across e-commerce, retail, and distribution platforms.
What will you do?
Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing sales strategies across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), brand website, retail stores, and distributors.
- Coordinate with channel partners, resellers, and internal teams to ensure timely product availability, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Track sales performance across channels and prepare regular reports on sales metrics, partner performance, and customer behavior.
- Support onboarding and training of new retail/distribution partners and assist in maintaining partner relationships.
Marketing Support Responsibilities:
- Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media content, email marketing, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with internal designers, content creators, and agencies to develop promotional assets aligned with the brand and campaign goals.
- Help manage the company's online storefronts, ensuring accurate product listings, reviews, and optimized user experience.
- Support event planning, trade shows, and pop-up store activations in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in driving customer engagement across digital and offline touchpoints.
What are we looking for?
- 2–4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in consumer goods, healthtech, or wearable technology.
- Familiarity with omni-channel retail environments and customer journey planning.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, email automation), and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with sales and marketing operations in Singapore and countries in Southeast Asia is preferred.
- Prior exposure to both online and offline sales environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools (e.g., Wix, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar) is a plus.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai) are beneficial but not required.
