Customer Care Officer (Account Servicing) – 1 Year Contract

Location: Somerset (within walking distance from MRT)

Salary: Up to $3, month bonus

Contract: 12 months, renewable annually

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service through hotline, email, and online enquiry channels.
  • Manage daily queries from three core customer segments: Residential, Small Commercial, and Tenants.
  • Assist with the development and rollout of new digital initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Support company-wide activities aligned with the vision of being Singapore's top electricity retailer.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional correspondence.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in energy or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software is advantageous.
