Job Scope:

  • Managing Phone Call, emails, and correspondence

  • Invoice/Receipt preparation, subcon invoice payment processing, and incoming cheques processing

  • Assist management with administrative duties including document handling, filing, and internal coordination.

  • Attending to client's inquires (walk-in, call or online) and arrange customer enquiry to the Designer

  • Handle HR management (eg. work pass application, renewal and cancellation-related matters and IR8A / IR21 submission.)

  • Stationery and office supplies procurement

  • Handle any additional tasks as assigned from time to time by management

  • Any other miscellaneous.
