Requirements :
Min 1 years in Administrative
Basic understanding of administrative procedures and HR work
Good command of English and Chinese to liaise
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Job Scope:
Managing Phone Call, emails, and correspondence
Invoice/Receipt preparation, subcon invoice payment processing, and incoming cheques processing
Assist management with administrative duties including document handling, filing, and internal coordination.
Attending to client's inquires (walk-in, call or online) and arrange customer enquiry to the Designer
Handle HR management (eg. work pass application, renewal and cancellation-related matters and IR8A / IR21 submission.)
Stationery and office supplies procurement
Handle any additional tasks as assigned from time to time by management
Any other miscellaneous.
