About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Singapore Takada Industries Private Limited as an Admin cum Driver. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Western Islands West Region, providing administrative and driving support to the company. Your strong organizational skills and proficiency in various software tools will be key in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing a wide range of administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management and other clerical duties
  2. Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements and logistics for the maintenance team
  3. Driving company vehicles to buy lunch, transport staff, clients and materials as required
  4. Maintaining vehicle logs and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained
  5. Supporting with ad-hoc projects and other duties as instructed by superior

What we're looking for

  1. Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  3. A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanour
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
