We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions.
Can work 5.5 days every week
Job Description:
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
• Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
•Processing and Invoicing of orders
• Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
• Minimum secondary school qualification or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
