We are looking to hire a recruiter to join our team, to work onsite with one of our RPO clients. You will be dedicated to support hiring for one of our RPO clients, within the Tech space. This is a yearly renewable contract position.

What to expect:

You will be joining PERSOL and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead at our client's office on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Tech candidates through job posting, search and networking.

• Perform screening to assess candidates' suitability.

• Stakeholder management of client stakeholders, predominantly Internal Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.

• Coordinate interview.

• Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service.

• Completing all candidate and client information on database system, generate report as and when required.

• Ensuring all information is kept up to date.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 year' proven track record in talent acquisition or recruitment inhouse/agency.

• Good communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.

• A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
