• Report to the Project Manager/Construction Manager/Façade Manager for arrangement of site work


• Oversee all Architectural works on site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.


• Coordinate Architectural interface with Civil, Structural and M&E works on site.


• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.


• Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.


• Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve site issues


• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site


• Coordinate the inspection works by RE / RTO / Clerk of works


• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site


• Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work


• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

Requirements:


• Relevant Nitec Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or construction related field, National Certificate in Construction Supervision


• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in architectural works with main contractor.


• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry


• Able to work independently and in a team.
