Responsibilities Report to the Project Manager/Construction Manager/Façade Manager for arrangement of site work Oversee all Architectural works on site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications. Coordinate Architectural interface with Civil, Structural and M&E works on site. Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time. Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties. Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve site issues Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site Coordinate the inspection works by RE / RTO / Clerk of works Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Requirements Relevant Nitec Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or construction related field, National Certificate in Construction Supervision Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in architectural works with main contractor. Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry Able to work independently and in a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
