HR Admin cum Personal Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized individual to support daily HR operations and provide personal assistant duties to senior management. This role combines HR administration, office coordination, and executive support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, assist in recruitment activities, and support onboarding/offboarding.
- Prepare attendance and leave data to support payroll processing.
- Coordinate training schedules and compile monthly HR reports.
- Provide PA support such as scheduling, meeting preparation, minute-taking, travel arrangements, and handling confidential matters.
- Support general office administration, including supplies, event coordination, and document preparation.
- Act as a communication link across teams and external parties.
- Assist with tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR admin or executive/PA support.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
