About the Roles

We are seeking an HR cum Admin Executive to join our team at a food packaging manufacturing company located in Depot Road. This permanent role offers a salary range of $2,800 - $3,400, along with variable bonuses. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and support HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including offers, contracts, onboarding, probation confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Assist with policy roll-outs, SOPs, process improvements, and track training, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate office-related purchases and vendor management, covering supplies, pantry items, equipment, maintenance, travel, insurance, and service providers.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims, reconciling with Finance and ensuring timely payments.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; HR, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in administrative and coordination roles, with exposure to HR operations being a plus.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail; highly organized and meticulous.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
