About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team and oversee the implementation of digital infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Your duties will include coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Provides planning and monitoring, milestone management, resources forecasting and change management across the project portfolio.
• Guarantees the quality of the deliverables, the compliance with the contractual schedule and the allocated budget.
• Works with a technical team and arrange regular teams meetings to reach project objectives
• Help the team members to resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project and ensure successful delivery of the project.
• Manage customer relationship during the projects through strong governance.
• Expected to manage multiple projects concurrently

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science / Software engineering / Information technology related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing large and complex projects covering IT, information systems and Engineering fields, with external subcontracting.
• With relevant experience in the implementation of systems (CCTV, Security Systems i.e. IDS, EKMS, EACS), digital infrastructure (Network infrastructure i.e. Cisco, Alcatel, Fortinet) and ensure compliance to Cybersecurity requirement for restricted areas.
• Manage contractors to ensure all physical infrastructure are installed accordingly to design
• Possess strong organizational and management capabilities, and solid understanding of full development cycle.
• An international certification in project management (e.g. PMI) is a plus.
