Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

  • Manage full spectrum of accounting activities, including general ledger, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and perform closing activities in SAP
  • Produce financial statements under both US GAAP and Local GAAP
  • Handle provisions, accruals, royalty calculations, and FX adjustments
  • Reconcile trial balances, bank accounts, and intercompany positions

Management & Statutory Reporting

  • Compile monthly management reports (P&L by distributor/brand, sales & gross margin, China P&L)
  • Coordinate balance sheet reconciliations and support quarterly SEC reporting
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and funding updates for Singapore and China

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Oversee invoice approvals, payment processing, and vendor master data
  • Manage customer invoicing, collections, credit/debit note issuance, and claims processing
  • Ensure timely remittances and accurate withholding tax filings

Tax, Audit & Compliance

  • Support quarterly GST filing and corporate income tax preparation
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors (e.g. Deloitte) during audit and tax filing cycles
  • Assist with regulatory reporting, confirmations, and other compliance matters

Treasury & Payroll

  • Maintain daily and monthly cashbook records (USD, SGD, CNY accounts)
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage foreign currency transactions
  • Post monthly payroll entries for Singapore
Who We're Looking For:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CA/CPA is a plus
  • At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP, Local GAAP, and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, independent working style, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
