  • Position : Accounts Executive (AR / AP/ XEROX/ MUST BE FROM Bunker/ Freight)
  • Location : Raffles Place
  • Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : office hours (11am -7pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5200 + AWS + Bonus + Travels
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry: OPERATORS AND CHARTERERS OF BARGES, TUGBOATS AND BUMBOATS (FREIGHT)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
  • Process vendor invoices and payments
  • Verify expense reports and reimbursements
  • Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in month-end closing and report preparation
  • Generate customer invoices
  • Monitor and follow up on payments
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain customer records and assist with inquiries
  • Prepare monthly reports and assist in month-end closing.

Requirements:

  • Immediate/ Short notice will be considered
  • At least Diploma and above
  • A background in accounting or finance is typically required for these positions
  • Experience with relevant software such as XERO is preferred.
