Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, supporting product and application needs in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries.
  • Provide training, demonstrations, and consultation to distributors, clinicians, and end users.
  • Support partners with product configuration, clinical applications, and tender requirements.
  • Deliver regular product updates and application training to customers and distributors.
  • Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territories in Singapore.
  • Drive sales for ventilator and related product portfolios.
  • Handle tender processes (proposal, review, submission, and follow-up).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, IT, engineering) for project and solution delivery.
  • Conduct end-user training and manage product installation and configuration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, commissioning, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote products through exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
  • Prepare reports (trip, monthly, and project).
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing insights to Japan HQ.
  • Support new product launches and continuously upgrade product and sales skills.
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in the medical device business.
  • Experience with ventilator products, e.g., Respiratory Therapist preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective product presentations and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrates resilience, resourcefulness, ability to learn and adaptability.
  • Able to deliver results under pressure and handle work stress.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Nursing is an added advantage.
