Description:

We are looking for responsible and hardworking individuals with a positive and adaptable attitude to provide sincere and unique customer service and have a passion for sales. Our kids boutique retail shops specialize in premium children's shoes of European brands. This position is only open to serious applicants looking for long term employment. Job Description:

  • Working with kids, provide a warm and friendly shopping experience for customers within the store

  • Advise and assist customers in selecting footwear. Training will be provided

  • Maintain good knowledge on products, communicate brand features and product benefits to customers

  • 5 days work week; Required to work on Saturday and Sunday and PH

  • Part time position available at $12/hr, minimum commitment 2 days per week including weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers' orders, complaints, enquiries etc.

  • Manage product inventory in shop, process transactions and other duties

  • Cashiering duties

  • Shoe-fitting

  • Arranging visual merchandise, attaching price tag to merchandise on shop floor and assist in store events

  • Keeping the store tidy and sanitized, this includes keeping the display items and shelves clean and neat, sanitizing common used items, common areas and surfaces, sweeping and mopping.

Job Requirements:

  • Friendly and helpful and have a passion for sales and shoes

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Good command of English and communication skills to interact with customers from overseas as well

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in any field

  • Qualified candidates with no experience may be considered

  • Experience in Working in a fast-paced environment is a plus

  • Able to work as part of a sales team

  • Comfortable with working with customers and have a confident manner

  • Should be of a neat and smart appearance and articulate

  • Able to work full retail hours even on weekends and PH
