Over recent years, we have seen significant growth, with new stores and an ever-growing online store. We have also been enhancing our extensive product offering  and building our ideal team. The retail sales associate will become an integral part of this team,  helping to make our customers' shopping experience a memorable one.

Salary: From SGD 1,600 per month based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers promptly and assist with products recommendations
  • Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
  • Learn and harness perfect understanding about our brand and product
  • Drive to maximize sales opportunity
  • Ensure proper display of item and keep store clean & tidy
  • Perform store operation related activities
  • Assist in road show event setup / tear down

Requirements:

  • Part time/Contract basis
  • Able to work at various locations and retail hours (incl. weekends, public holidays)
  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience
  • Able to interact with customers and passionate about our product, and retail in general
  • Able to communicate well with English / Chinese speaking customers
  • Willing to take responsibilities
  • Highly disciplined with good attendance and punctuality
  • Strong initiative in driving and meeting sales target
  • Positive, independent personality and good learning attitude
