The role

As a Sales Promoter at DFI Retail Group, you will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting our products to customers in the assigned outlets. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position that offers an opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our dynamic retail organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies, or roadshows.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
  • Provide basic health advise or product recommendations according to customer needs.
  • Achieve daily / weekly sales target and track product performance.
  • Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked, and in line with branding guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
  • Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team.
  • Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required.

KPI:

  • Sales performance: to achieve sales target according to the store assigned.
  • Customer engagement: to be able to engage with the customer.
  • Product knowledge and accuracy: to have a good product knowledge.
  • Display and merchandising: consistency to maintain the product merchandising according to the guidelines.
  • Upselling and cross selling: Ability to upsell product to increase the basket size and continue to have a repeat customers.
  • Operational efficiency: Punctuality and proactive

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
