Job Responsibilities


• Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers in retail settings, clearly highlighting key features


• Provide excellent customer service through strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and requirements.


• Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines


• Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and stay updated on new arrivals or promotions


• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand presence.


• Strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements


• Able to work weekends and during promotional events.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales results.


• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a strong advantage.


• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin


• Competitive commission structure with basic hourly wages
