Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operation of the store
- Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales target
- Perform daily housekeeping of the store; ensure cleanliness of the store to ourcustomers
- Provide satisfactory level of customer service and attend to their wants/needs
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Any other duties as required by the store manager
- Handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers and share with team members/management
Qualifications
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Strong passion for customer service.
- Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset.
- Able to work responsibly as a team and individually.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- At least 2 years retail sales experience.
