Key Responsibilities

Data Compliance

  • Work with stakeholders to set up practical data governance and compliance processes.
  • Advise internal teams on implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Handle staff queries related to data and research compliance.
  • Review research and non-research requests to ensure alignment with NUHS policies.

User Access Governance

  • Assist in reviewing IT procedures to ensure proper controls.
  • Help implement new access policies and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular reviews of the System Role-Based Access Matrix.
  • Support ID requests for clinical and research applications.

IT Audit Management

  • Assist in developing risk-based IT audit plans and scope.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure audit risks are addressed.
  • Track and follow up on action plans for control issues.
  • Support CIO Office in preparing IT audit documents.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects such as investigations, policy reviews, and training.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute.
  • Interest or experience in IT governance, data compliance, and healthcare digital projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
