Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist focused on the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Designers, and Strategic Advisors to deploy and scale our Gen AI platform within client environments.

Your mission is to bridge business strategy and technology — transforming complex financial data, regulatory requirements, and user needs into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business value. You will play a pivotal role in defining how our platform integrates with clients' ecosystems, driving adoption, compliance, and tangible outcomes across lending, risk, operations, and customer experience functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Engage with BFSI stakeholders — including business heads, compliance teams, analysts, and operations leaders — to understand their most critical challenges, workflows, and strategic priorities.
  • Problem Solving: Translate domain-specific problems into AI-enabled solutions, identifying relevant data sources and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Data Integration: Partner with Data Engineers to onboard and structure sensitive financial data securely, ensuring scalability, auditability, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Workflow Design: Co-create customized, AI-powered workflows that enhance customer journeys, risk management, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
  • User Enablement: Conduct training and onboarding sessions to help client teams adopt the platform effectively and realize sustainable value.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Work with Product and Engineering teams to channel BFSI-specific insights and regulatory considerations into product evolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present analyses, solutions, and progress updates confidently to technical and business audiences, including CXOs and regulators.
  • Demonstrations & Proposals: Lead persuasive demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions, illustrating how our platform delivers measurable ROI within BFSI contexts.
  • Market Expansion: Explore new opportunities across banking, insurance, and capital markets, identifying where AI-driven transformation can accelerate business outcomes.
Key Traits and Competencies
  • Strategic Problem Solver: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate complex, regulated environments with creativity and structure.
  • Financial Domain Understanding: Familiarity with BFSI workflows, data models, and regulatory landscapes (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel, IFRS) is highly desirable.
  • Curiosity and Adaptability: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving client environments while continuously learning and adapting.
