Offshore Business Unit Management

As a key member of our Offshore Business Unit Management team, you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in new markets. How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of our offshore clients' needs and preferences. You'll work closely with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive growth. You'll also need to build strong relationships with our offshore partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our business strategies.

What you do

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion in new markets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns

- Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore partners and stakeholders

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

- Work closely with our sales teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets

Who you are

- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

- At least 10 years of experience in business management, sales, or marketing

- Strong business acumen and market knowledge

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
