Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Food & Menu Knowledge

  • Possess knowledge of F&B menu offerings (Singapore Hawker Fair).
  • Be familiar with common allergens and communicate them appropriately to guests.

Station & Table Set-up

  • Prepare and polish glassware, silverware, and crockery.
  • Set up stations, tables, and event cart arrangements according to standards.

Professional Guest Service Flow

  • Ensure proper placement and clearance of serviceware.
  • Greet and escort guests using the correct verbatims.
  • Take orders, serve, and present dishes in a professional manner.
  • Maintain table cleanliness between courses.
  • Perform runner duties as required to support service flow.

Lounge Operation Support

  • Uphold safety, housekeeping, and hygiene standards at all times.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage special requests, delays, and service disruptions tactfully.
  • Adhere strictly to PDPA/APD protocols when handling guest information.

Key Requirements

  • Thursday to Sunday deployent preferred
  • Min. 6 shifts per month
  • Good command of English
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Prior F&B experience would be an advantage
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a service-oriented attitude
