Job Overview:

As a Lounge Service Associate and be part of a world-class hospitality experience at Changi Airport. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, showcasing local cuisine, and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable, seamless lounge experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with lounge food and beverage offerings, especially the Singapore Hawker Fair menu
  • Advise guests on allergens and dietary information
  • Prepare, polish, and set glassware, crockery, and service stations
  • Set up dining tables and event carts as per standards
  • Greet, seat, and serve guests with professionalism
  • Take and serve orders, maintain service flow, and clear/reset tables
  • Assist in food running when required
  • Input orders accurately into the system
  • Support inventory checks, reporting, and shift handovers
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards
  • Handle special requests and provide service recovery when needed
  • Manage sensitive guest interactions with discretion
  • Adhere to PDPA and airport pass regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Local Diploma in relevant experience
  • 2 Years of customer service or F&B working experience
  • Able to commit to rotating shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
  • Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • Team player with a positive service attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
