Job Description:

  • Efficiently process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders, oversee customer consignment programs, maintain accurate customer price books and a well-organised documentation filing system.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and engineers to ensure on‑time deliveries to both internal and external clients, maintain inventory levels and oversee stock movement.
  • Manage and resolve inquiries from customers and business partners, cultivate strong customer relationships, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Studies (or equivalent) plus at least 2 years' experience; Oracle/SAP knowledge
