We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to support our business development initiatives and manage key processes related to quotations, customer engagement, and strategic opportunities. You will also work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth communication, accurate data, and compliance with company policies.

Job Description:

  • Handle products quotation, cost and contract negotiations
  • Work with development and project management team in proposing new products to customers
  • Work with various departments of the organization to get cost information
  • Initiate and coordinate contract reviews with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate pricing data and customer data in internal systems
  • Maintain and update the company profile and presentation materials for external use
  • Initiate and manage Business Quality Reviews - End of Life (BQR-E) with relevant teams
  • Manage early-stage business opportunities with existing customers
  • Ensure compliance with Export Control requirements and support audits as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of BOM structure, costing and track profit and loss of the product
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Export Control compliance is an advantage
  • Willing to perform Overtime
