About the Role

As a Marketing Executive at Gain City, you'll be at the heart of our brand's growth, crafting creative, data-driven marketing campaigns that connect with audiences both online and offline. You'll take ideas from concept to completion, blending digital strategy, social media content creation, and event marketing to elevate Gain City's brand presence and customer experience.

In this role, you'll:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across key platforms, from SEO and SEM to social media advertising and analytics to boost visibility and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and our in-house creative team to produce eye-catching visuals, compelling content, and impactful marketing materials.
• Organise promotional events and experiential activations (around once every quarter) to bring our brand to life and engage customers directly.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, turning insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales conversion.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing activities, including social media advertising, SEO, SEM, and analytics — to deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce compelling marketing content and visuals that align with brand identity.
• Conceptualise, plan, and execute promotional events and activations (quarterly) to strengthen customer relationships and enhance the retail experience.
• Coordinate advertising, media buying, and vendor partnerships to ensure smooth and timely campaign rollouts.
• Create and manage marketing collaterals and point-of-sale materials to support in-store promotions and brand campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to identify insights and improve ROI.
• Support marketing administration and reporting, maintaining timelines, budgets, and documentation for all campaigns.

• Min. Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with strong internship experience in marketing are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or campaign management preferred (Retail or FMCG background is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of digital channels – including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization tools.
• Exposure to event marketing and brand activation, with experience in planning and executing promotions or in-store campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting, coordination, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Independent, creative, and results-driven, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about digital trends, branding, and consumer engagement.
