Job Description

We are seeking an intern to support our team in the role of Marketing Executive Intern for the planning, promotion, and execution of our conferences and events. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for design, a working knowledge of social media and website management, and the ability to liaise effectively with external vendors and partners. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both digital marketing and real-world event coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital & Content Marketing

2. Create marketing collaterals (posters, banners, speaker visuals) using Canva

3. Update and maintain event content on our website using Breakdance (WordPress visual builder)

4. Draft compelling copy for emails, websites, and social media

5. Social Media Management

6. Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

7. Produce engaging content such as reels, event teasers, and behind-the-scenes snippets

8. Monitor performance and suggest ways to optimize engagement

9. Vendor & Partner Coordination

10. Coordinate with AV vendors, hotel staff, and printing suppliers for event logistics

11. Manage production timelines and quality control of marketing materials

12. Assist with on-site branding setup

13. Media & Partner Engagement

14. Engage with media partners and supporting organizations to promote events

15. Ensure partnership deliverables are fulfilled (e.g., logo placements, e-blasts)

16. Support sponsorship outreach and communication follow-ups

17. Event Marketing Operations

18. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and timelines

19. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
20. Support post-event promotions and content recaps
