Events Marketing Interns: Bring Fun to Life for Families (Must work all Sats and Sun)

We're on a lookout for a highly motivated and imaginative Events Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team

This isn't your average desk job. You'll be at the heart of conceptualizing, planning, and executing memorable events and campaigns that delight parents and children. If you love seeing your creative vision come to fruition and enjoy the buzz of a successful event, then this is the role for you

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sparking Creativity: Dive into creative ideation and concept development for unique events and campaigns, focusing on engaging experiences for families. We want your fresh ideas
• Bringing Events to Life: From sourcing exciting items and gifts to coordinating seamlessly with our design team and external vendors, you'll play a crucial role in making our events a reality.
• Behind-the-Scenes Support: Handle important administrative tasks like generating reports, processing invoices, and tracking payments, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Weekend Fun (and Responsibility): Be the face of our events as a Gamemaster or person-in-charge on weekends, ensuring smooth operations and a fantastic experience for all attendees.
• Project Powerhouse: Assist in managing event project timelines, agendas, and setup schedules, keeping everything on track for success.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a passionate team to collectively produce outstanding events that leave a lasting impression.
• Detail-Oriented Design: Help with layout plans and ensure all necessary documentation is ready for seamless event setups.
• Content Creation Support: Assist with video shooting, general content shoots, and the development of User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Excellent Communicator: You can clearly articulate ideas, negotiate with vendors, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and can comfortably work under pressure.
• Proficient in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Weekend Availability: You're available to work on Sunday and serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams during events, ensuring seamless coordination.
