Working Hours: 5.5 days/week, including 2-3 days onsite at our Snap Fitness gyms
Salary Range: $2,800 - $4,200, depending on experience

With gyms across Singapore, we are looking to elevate both our digital presence and frontline engagement by hiring a dynamic individual who can span content creation, website management, and on-ground gym operations.
Role OverviewThis is a hybrid digital-operations role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and people engagement. You'll manage our digital web presence while supporting key marketing and ops duties onsite at our Snap gyms.
Scope of Work A. Website Designer & Content Creator- Design and build high-conversion landing pages for campaigns and lead capture
- Revamp our internal staff portal for easier navigation and knowledge access
- Develop member support pages: onboarding guides, workout tips, FAQs, class schedules
- Build marketing content pages that strengthen the Snap Fitness brand and showcase our classes, events, and community impact
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading, and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on campaign goals
- Tools: WordPress / Webflow / Canva / Figma / Google Analytics
- Serve as the bridge between digital and physical-supporting social media marketing execution on-ground
- Take charge of content collection at gyms: member testimonials, class photos, trainer reels
- Assist gym managers in executing monthly marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate frontline feedback with backend ops team
- Occasionally support gym operations (e.g., receiving deliveries, checking setups, speaking with members for feedback)
We are looking for a driven, creative, and technically proficient individual who can bring both function and flair to our digital presence. This hybrid role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, solid technical grounding, and the ability to align digital work with brand goals and frontline activities.
Core Requirements- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in website design and digital content creation
A proven track record in designing, building, and managing landing pages, microsites, or support pages for marketing campaigns, product showcases, or user engagement. Experience designing for both desktop and mobile is essential. - Proficient in modern CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar
Comfortable with visual builders, plugins, and CMS settings to independently publish and maintain web content with minimal developer support. - Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Able to handle layout tweaks, embed code components, troubleshoot formatting or display issues, and optimize responsiveness across devices. - Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva
Capable of creating mockups, wireframes, and final layouts that balance aesthetics and usability, while incorporating user behavior and conversion best practices. - Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Able to write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned content for pages, banners, and marketing collateral that connect with diverse fitness audiences. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of brand consistency
Every page, visual, and message must reflect Snap Fitness's tone, values, and visual identity. Consistency is key across all platforms and formats.
- SEO optimization
Ability to craft SEO-friendly content using keywords, structured headings, meta tags, and schema best practices. - Analytics & tracking
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or UTM tracking to evaluate performance and adjust based on data insights. - Video editing and content creation
Competent in producing short-form videos or reels using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro for class highlights, trainer intros, or brand promos. - Marketing automation and CRM tools
Basic knowledge of platforms like Mailchimp, Hubspot, Zapier, or Glofox to connect landing pages with CRM workflows and automation. - Conversion-focused design thinking
Understanding of digital funnels, CTAs, lead capture mechanics, and A/B testing for optimizing user journey and conversion rates. - Photography and videography skills
Comfortable capturing gym activity, member testimonials, or trainer features for content use across web and social media. - Social media asset design
Ability to create complementary digital assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms in support of web campaigns. - Brand development experience
Confident in proposing and executing ideas that strengthen Snap Fitness's digital voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. - Project and task management
Familiar with productivity tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion to manage web content calendars, update cycles, and collaborative workflows.
