We are seeking a dynamic Graphic/Social Media Designer to be part of a dynamic team. You will be designing a wide variety of work across digital and offline media, including posting contents on social media platforms, and will also be responsible for designing and posting original content on online/social media platforms. You should be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

To be successful as our Graphic/Social Media Designer, you should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies. Ultimately, you should be computer literate, highly organized, and able both independently and as a team member.

Graphic/Social Media Designer Responsibilities:

- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Work and Coordinating with internal teams, clients as well as external agencies and partners
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients about concept, layout and design.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Producing content to be posted online.
- Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.
- Measuring key performance indicators.

Graphic/Social Media Designer Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in graphic design or computer sciences.
- Good communication skills.
- Creativity and graphic design skills.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Be able to produce original ideas.
- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, video editing softwares etc
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
- Proficiency in Marketing disciplines will be an advantage
