**The Role**:As our Graphic and Social Media Designer, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and engaging our online community. You’ll craft and implement social media strategies, produce captivating content, and nurture community engagement across various platforms. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to contribute to our design process and assist in the creation of our seasonal collections.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Marketing**:

- Formulate and execute social media strategies that encapsulate our brand’s distinctive style and voice.
- Generate compelling content that connects with our audience and initiates conversation.
- Cultivate a community atmosphere by interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Utilize social media metrics to steer strategy, optimize content, and achieve our marketing objectives.

**Design Support**:

- Stay updated with fashion trends through market research and trend analysis.
- Participate in the creation of our seasonal collections, from concept to technical specifications.
- Keep an organized inventory of materials and samples, and assist in identifying opportunities for product innovation.

**Operations and Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support our customer service team.
- Assist in organizing and executing photoshoots and marketing campaigns.
- Handle administrative tasks, manage design files, and maintain correspondence.

**Key Skills**:
