Job Responsibilities:

Bridal Consultant

  • Deliver a personalized bridal styling experience, tailored to each client's vision, preferences, and body type from initial consultation through to final fitting.
  • Build lasting client relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, upholding the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of designer collections, silhouettes, customization options, and evolving bridal fashion trends.
  • Lead all aspects of private appointments, including preparation, styling, and post-appointment follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Collaborate across in-house teams and uphold impeccable boutique presentation, while supporting exclusive events, trunk shows, and new collection launches.

Stylist Assistant

  • Assist consultant with bridal fittings and appointments, ensuring gowns are handled with care and clients receive warm, professional support.
  • Support alteration processes by taking notes during fittings and coordinating with in-house or external seamstresses to ensure accurate customization.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards, including tidiness, gown displays, and resetting spaces after each consultation.
  • Support inventory management, including tracking stock, organizing merchandise, coordinating shipments, and receiving deliveries.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in any sales role for Bridal Consultant and customer-facing roles preferred for Stylist Assistant; bridal or formalwear experience is a plus .
  • For sales role must possess strong sales acumen with a proven ability to drive and close high-value sales in a premium or high-touch environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging with clients in a warm, professional manner.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, especially when handling gowns and accessories.
