About the Role

We are a luxury multi-label bridal boutique representing world-renowned designers. As a Stylist Assistant / Assistant Stylist, you will play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience for every bride. You'll work closely with our senior stylists, assisting brides during fittings, maintaining gown presentation, and ensuring our boutique is always immaculate.

This is an excellent entry role into the luxury bridal industry, with clear career progression to either:

  • Technical Stylist (specialising in fittings & quality checks)
  • Sales Consultant / Bridal Stylist (specialising in client consultations & gown sales)
What You'll Do
  • Assist stylists during bridal fittings and appointments
  • Help brides try on and manage gowns with care and professionalism
  • Lay out, prepare, and return gowns and accessories after appointments
  • Ensure boutique tidiness and reset after each consultation
  • Maintain gown presentation and boutique display standards
  • Support gown handling, inventory movement, and basic upkeep
Who We're Looking For
  • Passionate about fashion, styling, or luxury service
  • Committed, hardworking, and meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • High EQ: able to read clients' needs with empathy and grace
  • A team player who is proactive and not afraid of hands-on work
  • Comfortable working retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
