Key Responsibilities

SEO Management

  • Conduct keyword research to uncover new opportunities and optimize content for APAC search markets.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta descriptions, titles, headers, and page content.
  • Support technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers on improvements such as site speed, sitemaps, and
  • Track SEO performance using tools like Econda Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI trends and their impact on search, including AI Overviews, generative AI, and AEO.
  • Keep current with algorithm updates and industry SEO best practices.

SEM Campaign Management

  • Contribute to the planning of paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Baidu, Naver, and Yahoo Japan (depending on market).
  • Coordinate with local agencies executing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Provide agencies with guidance on keyword strategies, ad copy, and targeting.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, review data, and recommend adjustments in bidding, budgeting, and overall strategy.

Content & Website Support

  • Assist with website content updates, ensuring SEO optimization.
  • Help maintain website functionality, health, and user experience.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs including orders, revenue, and ROAS.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.

Regional & Global Collaboration

  • Partner with regional/local marketing teams to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Global SEO/SEM Lead to share best practices, support international projects, and align on AI-related search strategies.
  • Provide digital marketing support tailored to specific APAC markets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong SEO and SEM expertise.
  • Proficiency in Econda Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Baidu, Naver, and Yahoo Japan.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Interest in AI's impact on search marketing and willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in B2B or the manufacturing/industrial sector is preferred.
