We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to play a pivotal role in driving logistics and warehouse system initiatives across regional operations. This position will act as the primary bridge between local business teams and the global digital organisation, ensuring the smooth execution of SAP projects and ongoing support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the local lead for SAP-related projects, including new warehouse setups, advanced warehouse automation (e.g., Autostore), and the global rollout of SAP EWM.
  • Configure and enhance SAP functionalities within the logistics domain, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact in Singapore for critical SAP-related issues, liaising between local teams and the global IT organisation.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve system challenges, drive process improvements, and support day-to-day operations.
  • Provide expert knowledge in SAP WM and SAP EWM, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and user training sessions to enable smooth adoption of new technologies and systems.
  • Keep abreast of emerging digital trends in logistics and recommend innovative solutions that add value to warehouse operations.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing between regional operations and the global digital function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting logistics and warehouse applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Additional knowledge in related SAP modules (MM, FI/CO) is a plus.
  • Exposure to warehouse automation technologies (e.g., Autostore) would be advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational needs and long-term digital transformation goals.
