Seletar, Singapore Persolkelly Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

  • Duration: 12-month contract (renewable based on performance)

  • Bonus: 1-month completion bonus

  • Location: Seletar Aerospace Avenue

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist CSDs for in coordination for Engineering meetings

  • Manage Monthly Reviews adherence as well as ROHCS

  • Process of progress payments and claims

  • Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records for Engineering documents, with understanding in basic engineering drawings

  • Assist in preparing engineering reports and presentations as required.

  • Manage the ERM/SMM/RMM joint calendar

  • Provide support to engineering team members as and when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in related field

  • Experience assisting in aerospace industry

  • Team Player with good communication skill
