**Roles & Responsibilities**
- This position reports to the Quality / Operation Manager and interfaces with all level staffs. **Specific Responsibilities**:

- 1._ _Understand of AS 9100 QMS, Nadcap and Part 145 requirements._
- 2._ _Head and organise new part projects. Establish the manufacturing or aerospace maintenance process flow with quality control inspections, facilities and resources._
- 3._ _Establish quality inspection plan and measuring equipment used based on First Article Inspection requirements._
- 4._ _Establish and document SOP on workshop activities to ensure Quality Management System and aerospace regulatory compliance._
- 5._ _Drive machine and equipment automation and digitise operations towards I4.0_

**Technical Skills and Competencies**:

- 1._ _Active participation of Engineering, Quality and Operations activities in shop-floor._
- 2._ _Understand the operations of a surface treatment, precision machining and aerospace maintenance work activities/ requirements._
- 3._ _Actively work with Production/ workshop maintenance staffs to enhance process capability and compliance_
- 4._ _Interact with different level staffs internally, suppliers and customers to achieve company goals._
- 5._ _Equip with technical, quality and project planning skills._
- 6. Automations, precision machining and aerospace MRO_
