Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and BIM software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Interpret sketches, plans, and specifications to create accurate technical drawings.
  • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
  • Assist in the coordination and integration of BIM models with other project disciplines.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and files.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to AutoCAD and BIM.
  • Use of Autodesk softwares to produce architectural/structural/M&E shop drawings

Requirements:

  • At least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Related fields
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols.
  • Experience creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models for architectural and engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Preferably with prior experience in the construction/building industry
