Highlights

Responsibilities:

·

· Develop and update BIM models using software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.

· Ensure models align with project specifications and standards

· Create, develop and model detailing

· Create realistic, intelligent and highly accurate BIM models of Building Exteriors and Building Interiors

· Include precise and valuable pre-construction information such as Material Specifications, Quantities Estimates, Time Schedules, Costs Estimates

· Create libraries/ Families of information related to Standards, various styles, building components specifications necessary for engineering co-ordination.

· Provide technical support to team members in resolving modeling issues.

Requirements:

· ITE/Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.

· Minimally 1 year experience in building construction and project execution.

· Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

· Good technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.

·
