Job Description
As a Summer Intern in the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) & Corporate Finance team based in Singapore, you will be involved in all aspects of deal origination and execution.
Responsibilities
Support the team in deal origination and execution including the preparation of pitch materials and transaction documentation, maintenance of investor database, shareholding analysis, and maintain good external and internal relationships.
Collect and consolidate market data & information, and draft periodic market overview reports.
Comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
Support the team in business development initiatives.
Support ad hoc duties, as required.
Role Prerequisites
Currently in the penultimate year of study of your bachelor's program. This internship position is expected to commence around May/June 2026.
Have a strong understanding of Accounting and Finance.
Proactive, passionate and possess an understanding of Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Finance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess an analytical mind with strong entrepreneurial and team spirit.
Eligibility to work in Singapore.
